Custom Size Rug

Composition
72% Wool / 28% Jute

This rug uses 100% East Coast Wool yarn which is then braided around a jute core for stability. The jute is all natural and sourced from deadstock, which would normally go to the landfill. All rugs are sewn with 100% cotton thread, for a fully natural and biodegradable product.

Dimensions

Dimensions are up to you, however, we cannot make custom rugs smaller than 10 square feet. Additionally, we do our best to meet your specs exactly but due to the handmade nature of our rugs, we request that you allow for a +/- 3% flexibility in the size. Rug Pads
Rug pads are strongly recommended to avoid slips and prevent excess wear- we've tested and love this one. Check out this video on how to cut your rug pad to fit here!

Shipping
Shipping is free on all orders! Our rugs are made to order within 3-6 weeks and shipped via Fed Ex ground. Once your order ships you'll recieve a confirmation email.

Returns
We want you to love your rug as much as we do! To help with selection, we offer swatches and are always available to answer any questions or give advice on colors, size, quality, or anything else at support@cicilhome.com

If you do need to make a return, we offer returns for store credit within 30 days of order receipt. Please see our full policy for more details.

Our rugs can be spot cleaned, steam cleaned, or turned over in a pinch— braided rugs are reversible! It’s best to use a mild detergent (ideally wool detergent) diluted with water to spot clean stains. To evenly distribute wear and extend its lifetime, the rug should be turned over periodically.  Any small loose threads that appear on the surface should be clipped rather than pulled out.
