Our rugs are sewn by hand to order and have a leadtime of 3-6 weeks. We’ll send you a confirmation after your order is placed and follow up with tracking when your order ships. Shipping is free on all orders.
As we are a small business, we cannot accommodate returns for a refund at this time. However we do offer returns for store credit up to 7 days after receipt of your rug (see policy below). We are happy to answer any questions on sizing, color, etc prior to order placement and also offer a swatch set to show color, braiding, and handfeel of our rugs on request. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions prior to order placement as we want you to be as excited to receive your rug as we are to send it!
Returns for Store Credit
If you’d like to return your item for any reason, please email us within 7 days of receipt of your order at email@example.com. In order to qualify for return, items should be unused and returned in original packaging. Once the return or exchange has been authorized, items must be shipped back to us at the below address within 7 days of approval. We require customers to pay for shipping returns back to us, as rugs tend to be large and shipping is hard on small businesses. We recommend shipping with tracking as we cannot be responsible for any items which do not arrive to us. As soon as our warehouse receives and approves the return, we will issue a unique store credit code via email which can be used on our website. Returns can be swapped out for other items of equal or greater value. Please send all returns to:
Items Ineligible for Exchange
Custom rugs are ineligible for exchange. In addition, products bought during a sale or promotion on the site may be considered final sale - please consult the product listing.
We stand by the quality of our rugs and will happily replace any damaged merchandise. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receipt to discuss any issues at firstname.lastname@example.org.
